    St. Joseph's Professional Building and Old Central Bank Building are in midtown. Both are over 10 stories. And of course, 2016 Main must be 26 stories. This is the first high rise in the lull.

    Sorry for bumping this, but I was running by and decided to capture its image. I think I only just realized that the plan was to knock this building down and not reformat it. I'm sure people can tell me all about how it wouldn't work as residential, but I've always been very fond of thee building.

    When you're on the pierce elevated you can see a strip of light and activity on one floor sandwiched by darkness. It's kind of cool.

    What type of parking is there for Madison Square Garden? Must be some.

    I live in on 18th Street, so I have a little dream about a LTR going up 18th to the center of the Heights. Maybe it would become a more urban satellite. Some of my neighbors might reject.
