  1. Finally! This is the project I have been looking forward to the most!
  2. Wow, it still doesn't look like much more progress has been made on this one
  3. Good job Triton. These apartments are progressing nicely.
  4. Very nice. A lot of residential is planned for this area.
  5. The Bleu Ciel's rendering looks amazing. It will be a great addition to the area. I also like that residential building left of Frost Tower in the picture.
  6. Great shot. I love the view of the Gulf Building from there.
  7. Too bad about the Dallas favoritism, but it looks like the article is saying that the stops will be in downtown Dallas and downtown Houston. Hopefully that is correct.
  8. Wow, this looks amazing. They will have excellent views of downtown!
  9. @Surge Homes, Do you have any plans to build any more condos in downtown, or will you wait and see how this first project does first? Also, do you have any plans to eventually build a high-rise condo building, or are you just focusing on mid-rise condos right now? Thanks.
  10. No. It's a different site. It's right next to the Metro building along the light rail.
  11. Very nice. I'm glad downtown is finally getting condos. These will have excellent views!
  12. Great news. I'm glad to see that downtown is still an option. In my opinion, this line has to get downtown to be successful. Otherwise, there wouldn't really be much of an advantage to flying. I think downtown would attract more people from Dallas than a Northwest Mall location would.
  13. I think it would be pretty cool if they could build something like the Canton Tower in Guangzhou on top of a high speed rail station, along with some hotels and high rise residential. I think the views from an observation tower would be amazing from this area.
  14. This looks very nice. Should be great for Midtown.
  15. You were saying that you would rather be in a high rise in the Galleria because of the shopping. I was just stating some other factors that people might take into account besides shopping which might influence them to choose a downtown high rise over an Uptown high rise.
  16. Do you know if this building will still be completed before the Super Bowl?
  17. So would I. There's Minute Maid Park, Toyota Center, and Discovery Green, plus it's only a short train ride to NRG Stadium. There's also the theater district with the symphony, orchestra, opera, ballet, and Alley Theater. I also think that the views from this highrise will be much better than anything in Uptown.
  18. I'm surprised Seattle didn't make the top 10. It sure seems like they have a lot of under construction buildings, especially in their downtown.
