    Wow if so that would of been a great companion to the williams tower.

    Just a thought but it would be cool if a parking garage had LED lighting on it like the Dallas Omni Hotel.

    Yea it is a pretty interesting project, I would love to see that area redeveloped.

    This would of made a nice change to the greenspoint skyline.

    The specific thing that a like about this tower is that its a box within a box and that it looks like its been sliced forming rectangles.

    There seems to be a lot of renovations going on in Houston.

    Yea I agree but they did leave a question mark behind the title suggesting it might be the final plans for it.

    I like it, it seems to fit in with the European styled shopping center at the bottom.

    The Master-Planned Community will bring a town center, medical center, offices, multifamily homes, etc to the Porter/New Caney area. Tree's have already been cut down for Grand Parkway (visible to see on 59). The Grand Parkway will split the two sides of the community and will be 2 miles and a half south from the new Grand Texas Theme Park.

    I didn't know construction on this project has even started. Nice to see it going up!

    I remember seeing this one, its pretty old. Also thought it was going to be for galveston.

    I do hope it is like Astoria where the had the first rendering in the wrong area and then fix its official area.
