    Yes they are the third one all the way to the far right, she is cut out a bit and maybe the one all the way on the bottom wearing light purple might not be.

    2nd picture there is a black man walking across the road, 3rd picture on the far right is another black lady, and the last one on the right sidewalk wearing purple.

    For one I appreciate Randall Davis classic work in Houston. I think it makes Houston have a mix of France and New York City. I love the diversity of buildings.

    I think Centennial Park next to Herman Park is going to be a nice botanical garden. Also its right next to the proposed helix tower.

    I've been to a temple in Houston that has a botanical garden, its near beltway 8 to the south.

    I love how the buildings are going all around Hermann Park to almost forming a "Central Park".
