    no it will destroy thousands of trees, but on the bright side its designed to be a green environment.

    I dont think the texaco building is going to be visible from this angle or maybe the last 1 to 5 floors will be visible.

    Yea I think it was already mentioned here earlier, swamplot also says construction would start early 2014.

    I remember hearing this before, I know of one thats a little similar but happened at gas station. (Guy cut up his wife and stuck in the fridge)

    Either way there is some residential coming along in downtown such as the skyhouse, the 38 story tower replacing the Texaco, and marvy's residential near minutemaid

    Wow thats really pricy, but i can see why.

    The shorter one would be the whole sales food and the one with orange scaffolding is going to have retail in the bottom. (apparel retail) Other than that I don't know.

    Well yea couldn't disagree with you on that, at first I thought you meant that you didn't like the vines. I would say it would look a lot better if they maintained it every once and a while too.

    Thats funny. I don't live in Houston, I live on the outskirts of Houston so I'm not really familiar with the skyline too much, but when I drive through some parts of the city I end up seeing buildings that I thought were on the other side of 59 into the museum district but end up being on the opposite side.

    I'd say every highway should be different from each other, thats what makes them unique.

    Haha, the idea was just to see how the skyline would look with the proposed buildings. You did great.

    I didn't mean that is was ugly, I meant attractive. I didn't know that atroucious meant horrifying. (Feeling dumb)

    I agree the vines and the trees already make it atrocious but adding led lights will make even more atrocious.

    Whoa, wait a minute, I thought it was going to be 50 floors.

    I am really glad their going to add led lighting to it and also will make the area more attractive.
