TxDave Posted October 7, 2007 Share Posted October 7, 2007 I wouldn't imagine any quality property in that area losing value over time - it is so close in and well located.In the short term ( < 5 years ) anything could happen (like anywhere), but as a longer term investment this area should be golden.
