East Blocks: 10-Block Mixed-Use Redevelopment In EaDo

I'm glad this project is not just one block or even a few blocks close together but something much bigger. That being said, I'm not sure how this will work with quite a few blocks in between them that are not part of the project? I assume they're just hoping that future development will be spurred because of them?

Yeah I think that's exactly what's going to happen. There are a couple of other warehouses in the mix being renovated as well.

Unless I'm missing something, it appears the Instagram post doesn't offer any new details. The rendering is already posted to the forum. It was shared on the first page when the project was officially announced. Also, East Blocks has noted in its press release, on its website, and its marketing brochure the mixed use will include retail and restaurants.

Same rendering posted on page one:

There is also a marketing brochure. Pagewood also included the brochure for East Blocks to its website last week.

As mentioned, East Blocks is a joint venture from Pagewood and Wile Interests in Houston's East Downtown area.

Marketing materials for East Blocks have been updated. Not much has been added since the last release. Also, no new additions, at least as far as tenants go.

Below is an overview of what's planned for each East Blocks building. The map is from new marketing materials for the development.

In the latest leasing materials for East Blocks, the on the blocks map has been updated slightly.

Pitch 25 and 8th Wonder Brewery are shown on the map now. Both were previously announced as part of the East Blocks hub last fall.

Was 1115 Live Oak always part of this or was that recently added to the scope?

@Sanjorade 1115 Live Oak is one of the properties included in the East Block announcement:
