I'm unsure of the address for these Midtown parcels on the corner of Caroline St and Dennis St.  However, sales listings identify this property as 2801 Caroline St (that may or not be right).

The property is across the street from 2808 Caroline, the mixed-use building anchored by Weights + Measures restaurant. 

I couldn't find an ongoing topic about this. If there is one, please merge.

There are four parcels related to this property. Below is a map outlining them:
 

  • 0 Caroline St - 0.60 acre
  • 0 Caroline St - 0.03 acre
  • 0 Dennis St - 0.03 acre
  • 0 Dennis St - 0.06 acre

I don't know how long the aforementioned four parcels have been on the market. There are sale listings for the parcels on the corner of Caroline St and Dennis St. A listing on LoopNet dates back to 2018, while one on Crexi dates back to 2021. Both list 2801 Caroline St as the address (though, I don't know if that's correct or not).

The land at 2801 Caroline St and the adjacent parcels previously mentioned are under contract, according to Crexi. I don't know if it's accurate or not. And if it is accurate, I don't know when or how long it's been under contract.

The last update on the Crexi listing was about three months ago.

There is no change of ownership indicated in county records.

Two weeks ago, a proposed plat for the Caroline St and Dennis St corner properties was submitted to city's planning department.

The subdivision name of the proposed plat is Houston Electric Vehicle 1.

Below are additional details pertaining to the proposed plat:

  • Reserve size: 0.72 acres
  • Reserve count: 1
  • Plat type: Class 2 Subdivision Replat (C2R)
