skooljunkie
I've driven down farm roads in better condition for cars and pedestrians than the roads surrounding all these giant apartment blocks. At least they were recently resurfaced! Good 'nuf! Wouldn't it make sense for the city to require some sort of development impact fee where roads don't meet current standards? Seems to me these massive structures should trigger some sort of road rebuild even if it's just a few blocks. It's baffling but sadly not surprising.
