Asked him when this is projected to be finished, he said they hope in March '24. Retail and offices will be on the second floor, developer has their own restaurant they operate that will be moving in. There is an elevated patio on the eastern edge of the property where one of restaurants will be. Some of the upper penthouse condos have their own personal pools and the larger pool is for all the owners. Plan to have a gym open to any customers to use. It will look slightly different than any of the renders we have seen he said. They have other projects planned and are bidding on others. The Jaxon Hill construction superintendent said it would probably be ready March April when I talked with him back in Sept. I don't see that happening at the pace they are working at. Saw no cars or trucks on the street behind it or in the first floor of the parking garage. Food truck was there for lunch but no workers were getting food. I saw two guys in yellow vests working on the north side 6th floor today. Just those two guys. Well, at least the owners of those white townhouses across the street have good views out the back after the developer illegally cut down trees that were not even on their property.
