In the video, Anh Mai of Company of Nomads shared additional details about the project located at the Crossing at Midtown. The mixed-use development is located at 606 Dennis St. Below are a few nuggets from the video. Some of the details have been reported or posted on HAIF. The fried chicken restaurant was one of the initial food vendors at Railway Heights Market located at Railway Heights (8200 Washington Ave). Greedy Chicken closed its Railway Heights Market stall in late November. Conservatory is situated in the Crossing at Midtown, located at 606 Dennis St. After closing its original location in downtown, the food hall is opening in its new home later this year. The coffee shop updated its website this month and included the following: "The Coffee Garden is looking forward to our opening day, which will likely be in mid February 2023." https://thecoffeegarden.com/ Hopefully this means Conservatory will open in its entirety next month. The former food truck will have its own station in the food hall. Stush serves Caribbean fusion fare. The Greedy Chicken responded it's "aiming for mid-May." I don't know if that means Conservatory will open around mid-May, or Greedy Chicken. Manager said the Conservatory Food Hall should be opening really soon and will have 12 food stalls.
