  • The title was changed to Midtown Collection: Retail Center At 2101 Smith St.

There is a proposed Class 2 subdivision replat (C2R) for the site of Midtown Collection. The subdivision plat is named Midtown Smith Retail. It was submitted to the city's planning department yesterday. The plat consists of the 2101 Smith St and 2106 Louisiana St parcels.

According to the information submitted, developers the plat's purpose is to create one unrestricted reserve "A". The reserve size is 0.72 acres.

I'm not certain if this will be appear on the the city's next planning commission agenda or not.

@hindesky There is an existing topic pertaining to the parcels for the proposed Midtown Smith Retail subdivision plat. In fact, I made a post about the plat earlier today. It's in the topic for Midtown Collection - 2101 Smith St:

  • Bank of America - 2101 Smith St, Suite 102
  • T-Mobile - 2101 Smith St, Suite 103
  • Phenix Salon Suites - 2101 Smith St, Floor 2

Midtown Collection is shopping center located at 2101 Smith St.
