The rendering of R.O.W. shows Luckin Coffee on the ground level. It's a coffeehouse chain from China. It's possible it was included as some sort of retail mockup to market the proposed mixed-use at 2415 Westheimer. It appears to be the same as the one Paco Jones shared in 2022. However, the site plan in the leasing brochure has labels. The article is mostly a rehash from the press release.
