Some observations: The most recent site plan no longer shows the Sweet Bribery unit (250 W 19th St, Suite E) available for lease. Alice Blue's former unit (250 W 19th St, Suite A) is leased. As mentioned in above posts, a new restaurant named Agnes and Sherman is leasing the unit. The 1,089 sf space fronting Rutland St remains available for lease. The name of the restaurant was provided at the time. However, the name of the restaurant is Agnes and Sherman. It's opening at 250 W 19th St, Suite A. Recently closed Alice Blue after 20+ years of service. Here for measuring day for a new restaurant concept.
