houstontexasjack
I walked by and saw these were being demolished today. Has this site been sold? I know Swamplot mentioned it was being put on the market last September. http://swamplot.com/has-everyone-cleared-out-of-the-winhall-condos-too/2014-09-10/

SkylineView
They are about 90% done w/the demo. Only the back row remains... and the sad pool in the middle.
MikeRichardson
That Micky D's is sooooooo gone lol. That McDonalds used to sit on a rather large piece of land, a couple of years ago it was torn down and rebuilt to take up about half as much space, while the other half was sold and has a tower going up. So I seriously doubt that.

toxtethogrady
The rains the last couple of days probably cut down on the brown appearance of the foliage a little.

Highrise Tower
Stopped by the site the other day. There is still construction equipment here. I'd have to assume the owner of the parcel owns the equipment, or they have been renting it for a long 5 years. What gives?
