The Woodlands/Spring is really becoming an economic center/powerhouse more and more each year. ''Out in the sticks'' be damned. Huntsville is what The Woodlands was 30 years ago. Conroe is what The Woodlands was 15 years and The Woodlands is becoming more and more like Greenspoint without the crime. But 2,000 sf is good for a large family, and 1,500 will fit a small family. But unless Skanska is willing to build it and just wait for the tenants to roll in, I don't see this project happening anytime soon... Not sure what development project that is but it is clearly unrelated to this one. I'll see if I can snag a photo next time I am on that side of town.
