urbanize713
It appears this will be concrete all the way up. Any industry folks able to tell us why they would choose to do so in this instance? Can't remember to many mid rises being concrete all the way up in Houston.
jmitch94
The Capella is concrete all they way up as well, but you are right, not very common.

Urbannizer
Should be complete around this time next year. How far along are these two? http://broadstoneskyline.com/
hindesky
Should be complete around this time next year. How far along are these two? http://broadstoneskyline.com/Only one so far. The northern portion of this project is still a surface parking lot. Will check out how high the southern portion is this weekend.
LarryDierker
Only one so far. The northern portion of this project is still a surface parking lot. Will check out how high the southern portion is this weekend. I don't think the surface parking lot is part of it. Just the block and a half south of the parking lot. bound by Salnier, crosby, Andrews and Heiner. The parking lot just south of Dallas was the rumored Drake apartments that never were mentioned again after the one blurb that first mentioned them. http://devmap.io/cities/houston/developments

phillip_white
I thought they'd already dug out the 2nd phase across the street from this. I only see one building not two going up.

urbanize713
2nd crane now up on the other block. They must have built it up overnight because I swear it was not there yesterday and I walk by this development everyday.

Montrose1100
Beautiful photo. That area has changed so much. For the better. This picture is really missing that extra something. Like a 750ft residential skyscraper right by River Oaks. Art-deco inspired, something with a spire and plungers. That's what it's missing.
BigFootsSocks
Plunger Tower is going to be such an incredible project. I'm super psyched about that one.
