I doubt plans are still in play for a possible low-rise or high-rise office building. Ancorian purchased 3110 White Oak Dr and 3112 White Oak Dr in 2017. The Houston-based real estate firm does a great job of adaptive reuse of buildings. I think their projects are cohesive with the neighborhoods they're located. Since updates and other discussions about properties or developments are encouraged, I thought I'd reup this topic with a few updated photos of the property.
