travelguy_73 Posted January 4, 2008 Posted January 4, 2008 No more so than every other episode makes people from New Hampshire mad Quote
TJones Posted January 4, 2008 Posted January 4, 2008 OH COME ON NOW !!! This waste of bandwidth is more upsetting than the Family Guy episode. Quote
RedScare Posted January 4, 2008 Posted January 4, 2008 Mad? That may be my new favorite episode! I may have to get my new sig from that episode. There are some great lines in there. Quote
Vertigo58 Posted January 4, 2008 Posted January 4, 2008 All I know is the guy that created the show is one hell of a talented person. About a month ago he did highlights of past show's and was interviewing real people of all backgrounds, ages, etc and it was hilarious. (Seth Macfarlane) He asked what they liked and did not like and I thought it had to be staged but it wasn't. He kept a straight face for the most part. He took the insults and jabs with real grace. He can even sing! I dont watch the show but as I mentioned he is a very smart and talented dude. Cracks me up. Maybe he is a Haif member? Ha! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Family_Guy Quote
nativehou Posted January 4, 2008 Posted January 4, 2008 I haven't watched it yet, but Family Guy routinely angers me AND makes me laugh out loud. I can't believe the stuff they get away with -- but I'm thrilled that they do it. I thought the episode you were going to point us to was the one where they went to Texas to stay with one of Lois' relatives, and Stewie was missing, or something like that. It's hard to describe Family Guy episodes. Did anyone see the episode of South Park where Cartman tries to get Family Guy off the air? Remember the "manatee balls"? Priceless. Quote
RedScare Posted January 4, 2008 Posted January 4, 2008 Native, it was the Texas episode. Friggin' hilarious. Quote
Vertigo58 Posted January 4, 2008 Posted January 4, 2008 His appearance on Mad TV was a riot. Spoofed his own show, genius.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pbw17uiyM30 Quote
TJones Posted January 4, 2008 Posted January 4, 2008 <---------Family Guy fan from the beginning. Seth holds no bars, which makes his show THAT much better than the Simpsons. Quote
memebag Posted January 5, 2008 Posted January 5, 2008 Seth holds no bars...He what? Do you mean he bars no holds? Quote
RedScare Posted January 5, 2008 Posted January 5, 2008 He what? Do you mean he bars no holds?I've heard he does neither. Quote
TJones Posted January 5, 2008 Posted January 5, 2008 He what? Do you mean he bars no holds?Looks like I picked the wrong week to quit huffing paint. Seth is No Holds Barred! Quote
RedScare Posted January 5, 2008 Posted January 5, 2008 From the video.... Brian: "State law? God, this place officially sucks worse than the WNBA." Greatness. Quote
crunchtastic Posted January 5, 2008 Posted January 5, 2008 the WNBA."Greatness. ...and it's 'fan'. Quote

HtownWxBoy Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 Does this Texas episode of Family Guy make you mad?http://www.familyguyx.net/watch/95/Boys_Do_Cry/OMG that is one of the best episodes!!! ... I am not originally from Texas so it doesn't bother me. Quote
Fringe Posted January 7, 2008 Posted January 7, 2008 That was my favorite episode of Family Guy. If you can't laugh at our own State and our Texas president then there's something wrong with you.By the way, did anyone catch the Simpsons spoof of the whole political campaign last night? They put down both Republicans and Democrats and pretty much summed up my feelings. There are absolutely no candidates worth voting for. Quote

I loved how the Republican's meeting was at Dracula's castle or whatever, and the Democrats were meeting at some restaurant next to a salad bar... LoL... they did a good job making fun of both parties. Quote
