    Regent Square location is a certainty, but Midtown is up in the air and uncertain at this point in time.

    There is a Mill Creek Drive which is in a neighborhood off 18th street near the 290/610 intersection. Doesn't seem like the right place for an apartment complex though.

    Not really excited but confused. Isn't there the proposed middle bus lanes or something that they hope someday would be converted to rails? Is this what it meant by rails?

    In my opinion the Phoenicia on the backside of OPP does pretty good business. Every time I head to Discovery Green I stop by to get some good hummus and pita and there are always a few handfuls of people in there. I think they do pretty well.

    I would be surprised if this hotel is up and running in 2013. I understand that removing the skin is a tedious process and takes a lot of time, and for that reason I just don't think guests will be moving in in the next 11 months. I'll believe the 3Q 2014 date.

    Field goals cannot be part of the plan for this week. I think we have to look at going on 4th and 2 or 3 instead of kicking. As we saw this weekend with three drives ending in field goals for 9 points and the next drive ending in a pick for 6 and only leading by 2. Really shows how awful going for 3 consistently is. Cannot and should not do that vs Pats. I'm optimistic in the sense that if our boys play like they played at the beginning of the season we will have a good chance, otherwise its going to be a long game and off season.

    I guess if Macy's did want to take the Books A Million spot they could always expand beyond current walls considering the rest of that first floor side of the block is completely vacant.

    So if we are all feeling the Texans should axe Shaub pending on how he does in the playoffs, who do you think the Texans should be looking at as a replacement? Surely a risky move, but should Tebow be looked at as a possibility with all the problems in NY? Just a thought.

    Would be nice to have that but I have a hard time picturing a building meant for residential fitting on this parcel of land. Of course I am sure I'd be wrong. Also the current plans for the convention center hotel is much much better than this one. The new pool owns over the rectangular one this one was portraying.

    Did HCC ever propose mid-rise towers along San Jacinto or was this visualization just for streetscape rendering?

    Took a quick snap as I was driving by but there is definitely a good amount of movement on site.

    I was just thinking that the space left by the garage really isn't enough space for a midrise. It is a really narrow strip of land.
