  1. Wow! That's a fast developing storm for sustained winds to jump 10mph in 56 minutes (See reds NHC post) .
  2. Hey guys, let's not respond to this bozo. Maybe he'll go away.
  3. Thanks for the link Red. Hopefully the westward movement will turn a little more north overnight to give us some rain Tuesday. Of course if it intensifies, which it probably will over Galveston Bay, I might change my tune.
  4. I live in the 77450 zip code, and have a Katy Address. If I'm not mistaken my home is still considered to be in the Houston ETJ which is confusing.
  5. Cool info. Thanks. Hey Vertigo, where are those pics bro?
  6. I don't even know how to respond to this. Edit: Let's drop this for another thread sometime.
  7. Man, what's the deal with the promotion of Las Colinas?
  8. Professionally I'm a vocalist, but play piano, guitar, harp, drums. If your curious about my last project with top 50 recording artist Stride (Japan), just click my link below.
  9. No, but I can tell you that he's a goon. Also, he's at least 45. I'm 42 and i started in the biz at 19, and he was already hot in LA at the time. The reason he wound up in Spring was because of a girlfriend who refused to live in LA, and wanted to come back home to Houston. Of course he was pretty whipped so he bought a HUGE house in Spring. What's funny is that he became infatuated with Houston because of the cheap real estate. He's purchased a bunch of property. he's now mainly in LA because the girl he was so whipped over dumped him. I will say that he's a great guy...
  10. Actually they shot several scenes of the VH1 behind the music at his home in Spring, and yes there are a lot of crazy stories. Old uncle Milton is actually Stevens uncle, which is how they got him in the video in the first place.
  11. I know a lot of the guys in the bands listed (Slaughter, Firehouse, Ratt, Warrant, Wolf Blitzer, Azreals Bane) and can tell you that most are harmless. In fact at the beginning of the Fall I'll be doing a project with Bill Leverty of Firehouse. He's a sweet guy. I will say that a few of the bands listed SUCK, and suck real bad. Bobby Blotzer and I (drummer) we're getting ready to start a project when he got the call from Ratt. I thought it would fizzel out quickly, but I was wrong. He's got a house in Spring believe it or not, but now spends most of his time back in LA.
  12. Katy? I agree that these cities should be ashamed as they are breaking the law, and encouraging those who enter our country illegaly to continue coming.
  13. Man do they suck! Lynch can play, but the band together.... Big Yawn.
  14. Recording in the studio is my crack. In fact, I just finished up a session that I didn't want to quit. At least I get to back in tomorrow night. Whooopie!
  15. Thanks for bringing this back up Lockmat. Just last week I thought about the statues. "Anyone"?
  16. Ain't that the truth... Especially the East bound feeder between 99 and Mason. Blah!!
  17. So your saying that the dems are fiscally responsible?
  18. Yes someone has been following the political campaigns, Red. And yes, on purpose. McCain daring Obama to go to Iraq has nothing to do with what I said, so you've lost me. Explain how you feel that a vote for McCain "is a vote for giving up"? I repeat... Speculation is a bad argument.
  19. "Trea", McCain is/was speaking about Obamas lack of foreign policy experience which is true. A trip to Iraq doesn't make an ambassador out of a 1st term senator. Whether Obama is worshipped across the world is inconsequential (and weird). McCain, unlike Obama, IS inexperienced in this matter. In fact there's not many that are less experienced in foreign policy than is Obama. I'm finding it hard to understand why McCain looking at cheese is an issue. Sounds like grasping at straws to me. I'm not a big McCain fan at all, but he's proven himself, good or bad, to be a seasoned player. Of course in a lot of ways that can be a bad thing. Can anything good come out of Washington DC? Obama included? You guys are really grasping here. Speculation is never a good argument.
  20. Here's an article by Ken Timmerman on Obama's trip to Iraq. I must preface that Timmerman is deffinately conservative, so keep that in mind. http://www.newsmax.com/timmerman/obama_in_.../24/115974.html
