On a schematic I saw, they either enter from Garrettson Ln and exit onto Post Oak Blvd or vice versa.

Haha. As soon as I get the go ahead, I'll unblock the images. I even had to tell Swamplot not to post the pictures just yet. For those that didn't see it, it was simply marketing material to get companies from law firms to oil companies interested in Six Houston Center. There was a little bit of miscommunication on whether they are actually for the public domain or not.

I like the views coming in from 288 too. From as far back as the beltway.

Except for the hellish traffic, that's the one thing I'll miss about living in Pearland near 288. The view of downtown, the Galleria, Reliant park, and the medical center was just incredible everytime you travelled on an overpass on 288. 

Delay with a recession..... uh, well, there was this small legal battle. You may have heard about it...

I have a warm feeling a supertall is coming within 5 years.

That's very strange. The blue print I saw for the building had the dealership look more like a modern version of their art deco store right behind it. Apparently now it has 15 salesman offices now instead of the 6 I report earlier. I think the change in design comes from GM now. GM is providing 50% of the funding while Knapp is paying the other half.

River Oaks is going to love this.

Why would there be two per unit?

No, one A/C unit per apartment unit. Two apartment units per balcony with a divider in the center, making it two A/C units per balcony.

Edit: Before they put in the dividers, they were one balcony in total. I mean, technically it is still one balcony but that divider separates the units more now.

The Miller Outdoor theatre hill has a great view all around. This one may be a little smaller. It's hard to tell now.

Maybe they'll instal a trash chute for the interior demo.

It's going up around the entire building though. I'm guessing it's just going up to protect people below once they put up whatever they need to put up around the scaffolding.

Edit: whoops. haha Protect people, not protest people.

Moving oak trees!

Painting the north side. It looks great and I really like it! I actually think this will turn out better than most people are thinking. I wasn't able to get a photo of it on my bicycle but they are actually covering the brick in this beige material (stucco? I don't know).
