Nice geometric interplay, although beige brick reminds me too much of the 1970's era high schools I grew up around.
Exactly. This is going to look dated fairly quickly. The giant letters look cool but I wonder how much of a mess that will be when the pigeons discover those spots.

This will be the last development announcement I'll believe for today. Anything else and I'll cast it aside as an April Fools joke... I'm just waiting for someone to post a rendering of a 100-story behemoth.

I'll try and stay positive and say more infill! Will this be taking a surface lot?
It will indeed. In fact, it will be part of a changing neighborhood as well:

Did somebody post the location that Micro Center is moving to already?
If not, they are currently looking to relocate to a brand new building across from Sam's Club at S Rice Ave and close to Westpark Dr. (Building doesn't exist yet, if that wasn't clear). There will be an announcement if that is the property actually bought.

Nope, they are large A/C boxes on each balcony. Usually two per balcony for each residential unit. I'll try to take a picture next time.

Isn't there also that luxury apartment complex in the Woodland Heights?

I know we have that construction graph up there, but what are all the projects we believe will start in April?

That doesn't look like the rendering I've seen.

Then it would appear to be Parcel D. This is Skyhouse?
Edit: You know what, this is difficult to tell. It looks like it is just next to Skyhouse maybe. So townhouses? It's so difficult to tell because there is almost no barrier between properties.
