    It shows up in my Exxon Mobil app on my phone (it's called Jak's Business, LLC).....it just popped up about a week ago - gotta mean it's getting close to opening ? It says it will be open 24 hours, it has a restaurant (counter with food?) and restrooms (!!)

    This used to be room rentals, but recently they have paved a small parking lot in front of the building, replaced the roof coating, and are working daily on the interior - not sure what is planned...
