Really awesome details and pics @hindesky

A while back I had read that this will be the restaurant group's main commissary for baked goods and "fat" (craft) ice.

If only there was a way to engineer multi-modal infrastructure that allowed for safe transit for cars, bikes, and pedestrians! But real talk, I think it was gonna be a mid rise - like 6 stories or so and all just doctors offices. It was a super odd pitch for the lot and location. And from the renderings not pretty and stuck out like a sore thumb.

So a for sale sign has popped up in front of the former Wilde Collection - a lot of bulk trash was left out on the curb facing Yale last fall and it’s been empty from a parking standpoint- so this recent sale sign tracks. https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/1446-Yale-St-Houston-TX-77008/2060007351_zpid/ Very curious what takes its place.

Oh that’s super interesting. I kinda dig it.

Lotta exterior work has been done and the place is looking much fresher! Anyone hear any more details on Incanto?
-
Interesting! Great info - now the question is where will we get hot chicken on Shepherd?!

Diggin the green space. IN the universe of Houston town houses - these are great. -
LOVE IT. Doin the lord's work as usual, @hindesky

Kinda shocking but it felt like it took forever to get that space (and really all of the Stomping Grounds up and running which does sound like was a huge stresser for these businesses.

I so agree! The full landscaping is gorgeous and today I saw decor being loaded inside. Last big item(s) seem to be the deck/patio and the front door. I loved and no doubt will still miss Down House but the Goode folks are clearly doing this space right and sparing no expense. VERY excited to be a neighbor to this...

I love your optimism that the developer will actually invest in greenery. I have a feeling its gonna be a few sad builder grade bald cypress saplings that may or may not take hold...

Very curious how this spot does... I don't wanna be too superstitious, but I think this block is cursed.
