    So I loathe the idea of 85 parking spots, BUT (and hear me out fellow haters of non-dense planning and design with an emphasis on cars as king) this whole area is a sea of bars and people so I am curious if the added pressure will make things easier for neighbors who no doubt have cars all up in their business.

    This is such a weird building - its been sitting vacant for years.

    I need to find a link but we now have confirmation what will be in the center - it’s a day care. So they found a single tenant for a total build out.

    Bodies on site! New tyvek and stucco. Graffiti from the last 2 years is gone now as well. Hoping we see leasing deets soon!

    Yeah the graffiti on the south side of the building is from the last 60 or so days… definitely a bit of a mess.

    Lots of action inside today - terracotta was being cut out front. And saw some wrought iron accents inside. Do we know what Goode concept is coming? Felt slightly Tex-mex…
