I'm afraid I don't understand. I looked at Southwest Airlines for a flight to Cincinnati, OH (since they don't fly there, I was looking at Columbus) and I can't find anything remotely close to being a steal. What is it that I do? Book a flight to a cheap city and then book another flight from that city to Cincinnati? I'm trying to leave at the end of this month....the 28th to the 2nd.

Cheapest it shows is 125...You can fly to BWI, BOS, LAX And IAD for cheaper than that...Don't know why. I have "ding" application installed. Got my LAX for 66bucks

Southwest is a good airline if you don't mind point-to-point routes and very few perks for business passengers. I on the other hand travel out of the country frequently and CO treats me well.

No, Never had plans to leave the US. I almost flew to Buffalo via SW and took an amtrak/canadian rail to Ontario.(or whatever city that is)

Good thing we live in Houston. SW has a vast majority of non stops out of hobby. When i did AA it was HOU to DFW then to LAX. I don't mind the stop by why wait

I have the same problem with lockmat - I just tried that too and mine sounded like hissing as well. My tongue didn't really vibrate at all. If anyone else has any other thoughts, I'd love to learn that as well.

here is my new rule...If southwest doesn't fly there i'm not going. I'm going to LAX for 66 bucks per person! 140 with tax round trip. Eat your heart out AA, and continental. I'll enjoy my free 2 checked in bags, not dealing with IAH and my free peanuts and soda PLUS sitting where ever i want!

Hold the phone! After the adjuster talked to the tow driver again, they are thinking about denying the claim. We are waiting to see the magical piece of paper that says my car was already damaged when the tow truck showed up. We also have to see what the officer who ordered the tow knows.

We had an issue like this once...The guy wasn't a customer of ours, he was eating his chicken when a storm front blew through several baskets hit his car, broke a mirror. We filed a report and our insurance co denied it due to act of god...

I've been a few times... Pretty neat and you get to see a lot of the equipment police officers use. I even got to sit in HPD's FOX helicopter.

Eeeek... they shut down the elementary and middle school in the Heights that are right near my house... said there was a confirmed case at each school... kind of scary. I was at Target today and noticed the Purell sanitizer was all gone.

yeah, cvs had only the small hand sanis. I helped some people from Mexico city yesterday i scrubbed my hands with alcohol and soap. luckily i'm loaded on the instant hand wipes. You wouldn't believe what people do. (i work retail) they cough don't cover there mouths, sneeze pick there nose and want to touch you.

HISD can be a delicate flower for enrollment...I moved up here from near McAllen my mom tried to enroll me and they wanted MORE than just the utility bill. We hadn't been in Houston more than a few days. We went to HISD headquarters and fought it. When i went to the school they did the same thing. After we explained the whole "we've been here 4 days...blah blah blah" they accepted me. It took about 1 week. Then the principal had the nerve to ask "So what took so long coming to register?!"

I'm traveling to LAX and saw continental has a non stop flight for $998(it said economy)! I check southwest the exact same flight around the same time is only 240 round trip with taxes. Granted i would have to drive to IAH to fly and burn my 1000 bucks...Is this the reason they aren't making any money?

What pearland are you talking about? The one on main or the one on 288? The wal-mart is main is always pretty empty. I don't know how they can support a supercenter. The one in Pasadena are getting cheap and dimming/turning off the lighting. I don't like that. Just to save what 15 bucks an hour shutting of fluorescent lights.

There is a really good Hot dog truck/stand on Allen Genoa and Southmore. They have a hotdogwrapped in bacon grilled with pico de gallo! They are good.

Ch 11/13 in my book seem to tend to the "older " crowd...I can't watch ch2 "Watch at 5 what happened to this cat!" and the 4p news just stated...Why would anyone watch all 3 news casts!? I used to watch Fox but everything is too "myfoxhoust....." and they act like the chat is the news.

Depending on the cost i would ride...From BWI airport to DC via acela was less than 20 bucks. I wanted to take a train to NY from Baltimore it was over $100( i think one airline had a deal for 70 bucks. Then again i flew from HOU-BWI for $70 bucks one way!
