  2. Not sure how I missed this but there is a small parcel near 69 that is listed on HCAD as being owned by Sears. I would think Rice owns or will acquire this parcel also.

Blue Triangle Multicultural Association and Community Center What we know about the Blue Triangle renovations ahead On Tuesday, the state of Qatar announced it was providing the Blue Triangle Multicultural Association and Community Center with a grant for $4,988,123. The money is part of Qatar's $30 million Harvey Fund that has provided monies for a variety of nonprofit organizations in the aftermath of the 2017 storm.   16. I'd think Dallas St with it's wide sidewalks could be a good place for vendor stalls. As it stands it has no pedestrian appeal compared to other streets.
  17. @iah77 I would suggest getting parking permits for your street instead trying to get the city to implement anything on Emancipation. People will just park on residential streets if it's the cheaper option.
