    How do you think Greenpoint got the name "Gunspoint" ? TOO MANY apartments (low-income). Biggest mistake, the area had so much potential in the 80s.

    Theres also that patch of Land next to Foley's, The Galleria Parking Garage, and the Williams Tower (Parking Garage, Tower, Waterfall, and Lawn...) They could really make use of that land if they spiced it up with the Galleria!
