    I'm betting they jump the tower crane this weekend.

    They only have the front portion of the lot fenced off which made me wonder if they don't own the back parking lot but HCAD shows they own the whole thing. The back lot is used daily by someone that seems to be the used by people living at and contractors doing work for the 2727 Kirby condos.

    Looks like they are doing interior demo and removing furniture while the wait for the building demo permits.

    The food trucks come and go, they have to pass their city inspections occasionally. They only have the market open on Friday's, Saturday's and Sunday's but some of the food trucks serve meals throughout the week.

    A neighbor across the street from the construction said the tower crane dropped some scaffolding on the air conditioner of the house right next to this. Said they had 24 hrs to fix it at a cost of $10,000. It happened a couple weeks ago.

    They have started on the wood framing on the southern lot. Lay down yard. Working on the 7th of 8 floors of the parking structure. Striping the asphalt on Bell St west of Emancipation. Hopefully they do Bastrop St., between J Bar M Barbecue and the lay down yard.

    They patched the roof.
