    Oh yes those stay but the developers have made a statement on that so I wasn’t as interested. It’s covered earlier in this thread with the general site plan.

    Store building down. Only the auto center stands, but it will be down soon by the looks of things.

    This is not construction work. This was the lay down and mulching yard for the heights and this area. This is where they took and chipped the trees from the storm. Those are all tree trucks, this is NOT construction this is tree waste management.

    I drove by and it’s dark so no pictures but demo is in full swing on the store building and the auto service.

    According to the neighborhood Facebook group, it’s being demolished.

    The property is for sale according to the digital sign in front of the main building. It does not have a broker sign but gave an email address for the school.

    Must have gotten sold out from under them. Confused it says this entity has owned the land since 2011, but SOS says this entity was formed around the time the CrossFit gym closed.

    Fencing up around 3622 Golf. This is across from American legion park and touching the garden oaks brewery and bar row on Wakefield and judiway. The CrossFit gym that was here last posted on Facebook in 2023 and their website is dead. I’m unable to find anything so far looking at plat and plot.
