  1. I was taking pics of the Menil Grounds last week, and I saw some other dude with a camera walking around, and taking pics, as well. I did not bother him, though(I thought he might have been from here, as well)...
  2. From article: " Chevron requires an additional 500,000 to 700,000 square feet, according to the buzz among downtown real estate brokers." WOOOOOOOOHOOO! But, in 2007, Heritage Plaza will be almost vacant, it seems...
  3. This is the one by WC Perry, I think. it will compliment Mosaic nicely. There is a story in the Chron somewhere....
  4. ^^ Kirby@westheimer. SE corner, I think. Now, isnt this project, like, right next to, or close to the new tower to go up on Kirby? If so, this will be a big selling point, and hopefully, lead to more neat stuff like that later on.
  5. Dude, seriously, for now, we should take what we can get.
  6. Hmm..looks awesome! And, do I spot..retail? It sort of resembles that thingy in San Diego (or is it San Jose?) except..better!
  7. I really hope they at least do something good with the rail line frontage....Mixed use, perhaps. Also, maybe a parking garage, or something, for Reliant, or whatever.
  8. Well, to some extent, First Colony/Sugar Land. The population is about 25% asian, and mostly very affluent.
  9. Sure, if you wanna use a pile of rubble as a medical office...
  10. Sugar Land/Richmond? Missouri City would probably not allow such a park, due to their new stricter development guidelines. If anything, we'd see a new park waaay out. But, hey, if you wanna see someplace Disney-Ish, just go over to Market Street, in The Woodlands.
  11. This plot could have an ENORMOUS development potential; we may be able to squeeze in a massive mixed use development on this site a-la Dallas Victory. The location is great, as it is relatively close to the TMC, rail etc. The surrounding area is mostly big box stores/car dealerships and such, but, due to its location relative to several key points, it may be worth developing something big here. In the below image, note the rail line, as well as the large parcels of land located nearby...
  12. ^^ To add to that thought, what if Tilman purchases the entire park?
  13. Heh, well, now, it IS a hotel(sort of), and we did not have to spend 400 million on it!
