    I love it! The design is soo clean, simple, and sleek. It is beautiful!

    Hopefully it will be a nice development, like some of the Gables in Dallas. We are Houston- we can do better than them.

    Montrose is actually a nice place. It just needs to be redeveloped right, and they need to keep the eccentric flavor.

    Is the skydeck still open? The Willams one was closed after 9/11, but I am not sure about these...
