    If you look at the building on google earth and compare it to where the hotel will sit in the rendering, it certainly looks like it will sit on top of the office building and not the garage. But I’m with you, I always thought it would go on top of the garage. That makes more sense.

    If they go vertical here then the Civil courthouse building would probably be blocked from the view inside MMP. (These are the things I think about).

    I’ll go ahead and risk sounding like and idiot, but judging the model from afar it doesn’t look like anything crazy or outside of the box like the pictures posted in this thread

    Only thread I could find on Saint Danes, but there’s a makeshift green barricade around the property, several no trespassing signs are posted and after a quick search on google maps the business is labeled permanently closed. i remember rumors of this property and the maple leaf building not long ago.
