    I wonder what they (LA Fitness) will do with the old skate park outside. You can't really fill it and use it as a pool. I don't think is was constructed soundly enough for all that water. Plus it could only serve a recreational pool if they did, and not an olympic sized lap pool. Also, why is Magic taking interest in Houston properties? Does he have a tie to Houston? Are we the only other city he's buying in?

    MiDTOWNeR seems to have no clue what he/she is talking about. "Ghetto people" in Times Square? About the only thing I saw ghetto in Times Square last year was that damn singing cowboy in his underwear.

    We've got three real options for highrise lighting: up-lighting, color washing, and neon outlining. I think each building's natural color and design somewhat pre-determine which you would use.

    I think the hotel is just north of that lot. If anything would have brought the hotel down, it would be the I-10 construction.
