    I know Ch11 flooded; hadn't realized this one flooded too, but after going to HBU for undergrad, it doesn't surprise me. This area flooded after a light breeze.

    That will connect to the Northwest Transit Center. I assume the station location is vague because they haven't finalized the land purchase yet? Kind of an odd statement but at least we're getting closer to construction.

    In the Chron article it says that they were given an extension on the DLI, and must have a temporary certificate of residency by May2020 to receive the funds.

    PM is a vague-ish term; a civil firm with ~20 employees might have 5-6 engineers, most of which are technically PM's along with their associates titles.
