While we don't have an official height (that I know of), 10 stories will clearly place it above 75 feet. Maybe one reason buildings like this and the one in the picture a few posts up seem more like midrises is that they are much wider than they are tall.

The cladding is almost done on the south tower and the skybridge is starting to go in (don't know if you can see it from the angle I took the pic)

 

 How did you take this pic, from a three story tree house? Isn't that from the Oak Ridge neighborhood?
