travelguy_73
It's been interesting watching the progress between this and WaterWall Place a block away. WWP seems to be going up considerably fast, and floor-by-floor, garage included. In contrast, 3100 focused on getting the garage (100%?) complete before even pouring the foundation for the residential. There also appeared to be a week (at least) where nothing was being done at 3100. So it's hard to tell which one will be finished first, but it's looking like WWP will have the honors. kdog08
Here are some photos taken from the pond side of the project last week. This project, the waterwall apartments, and W. Dallas apartment next to Whole foods don't seem to be built with the standard wooden frame. What gives? Would these be considered real luxury apartments? SkylineView
After (what seemed like) a long hiatus in terms of visible progress, this project has kicked into high gear. All wood construction.

Fortune
Anyone know if they own they vacant lot south of this along Richmond and next to 24 hour fitness? No, I believe that lot is owned by a company in the Middle East. At one time they planned to build a 80 story building. I believe it is currently on the market for $20-25 million.
