when was this forum created???

Well, all the data and statistics from HAIF are all from August 29, 2005. That was when the website became active again after the hacking attack. Therefore, we've had over 100,000 posts in just under 2 years.

did the editor hand out a gift like that one time? He seems a bit busy these days.

Yes, there is a prize going to be awarded to the person who wrote the 100,000th post.

Yes, I know who it is.

No, I haven't made the announcement yet because, as Montrose said, I've been super busy (been in and out of Flordia for the last couple of weeks, and still catching up on stuff at home).

could you explain this hacking incident?

The forum was attacked by hackers. It's happened a few times. Usually we survive. Once we didn't and had to start over. At the time of the attack, HAIF had 25,000 posts and 2,000 members.

Uh, since when is the year 2007, you meant 1 year I am assuming?

I think this forum crashed in 2004, because editor is the first member, and he joined in 2004. So, in almost exaclty two years, this forum has 100,000 posts (now 102,000+). Not bad for a 2700 member forum.

And you are my total posts buddy on the member list, we are 81 and 82 out of the 2700 members respectively!

Not bad huh!

Rather than start a new topic, can anyone tell me the cut off for the square symbols you recieve in you profile and the buildings/street names you recieve.

(i.e. how many posts does it take to change to the next level?)
