There appears to be a patio in the back where there are people coming and going on weekend nights. Windows are tinted very dark. The property is not 2019 N Shepherd Dr. Instead, you're referring to 2017 N Shepherd Dr. 2017 N Shepherd Dr is a 2,850 sf property owned by Maxim Gray Interests, LLC.
