A map of the proposed unrestricted plat that consists of: 3101 S Shepherd Dr - site of a strip center 2049 W Alabama St - previously home to local Thai restaurant Thai Pepper 2045 W Alabama St As noted above, Kensinger Donnelly, a local real estate and property management company owns all three lots.
