Courtyard at the Heights is listed as the owner of the 1606 W 23rd property. Residences are planned here. MND Nomadas uploaded conceptual renderings for the development to its website. It's likely the name of the residence development is Courtyard at the Heights. https://www.nmdnomadas.com/work/blog-post-title-one-2ree9-kwwj6-wrbzf-gfbzp-k37wr-j6923-46m83-dmya8-8zhte-hfbfm-leace
Purdueenginerd
Not big on the visual appearance of the houses but I do like the site plan/design. nice community center in the center there.

Hard to believe they didn't stick another 3 or 4 units in that space.

Hard to believe that we have a fire code that allows builders to stack townhomes with a single narrow driveway. Firefighters hate them as the driveways are too narrow for equipment and potentially create a hall of fire if units on both sides are in flames.
Texasota
I wouldn't describe any of those driveways as "narrow", even from an American firefighting perspective. That said, I definitely wish our fire departments would use smaller vehicles in urban settings.
BEES?!
I personally love the design of those houses. Very modern, but they incorporate wood into the facade which makes it cool and reminds me of older contemporary/modern homes. I am also digging the courtyard, though I am a little surprised they don’t appear to have included a pool
