Or at least, a lot of conversations about leasing are being had. The amount of medical, bio, and research people employed between TMC and their additions and here is going to be staggering. COVID introduced (in my experience) oil and energy money into the lab space and so there is just so much money in labs and life sciences in certain circles right now.
