We can't even get some simple bridge lighting fixed. Edited November 10, 2022 by j_cuevas713

gene
according to the top rendering it seems the parking lot faces the grassy knoll and just past that the mountain/volcano Edited December 22, 2022 by gene
hindesky
Work has started on the building and these guys are doing it but they couldn't remember the name of the company building it. I showed them the render and they confirmed that is what they are building. 1

hindesky
I'm guessing this might be for an elevator since it's going to be medical offices.
MrFubbles
I hold an irrational amount of dislike for this building solely due to the parking facing Westheimer Edited July 10, 2023 by MrFubbles

IntheKnowHouston
BuiltNearby shared a video of the ongoing construction at 1012 Westheimer Rd. Although the video was uploaded yesterday in an Instagram story, I don't know when the video was filmed. The video didn't list the address of the site. Instead BuiltNearby captioned the video's location at Westheimer and Waugh. There wasn't a description of what's under construction either. In place of the description were thinking / pondering emojis, probably indicating BuiltNearby doesn't know what the building is. As mentioned in several above posts, a two-story medical office building is going up at 1012 Westheimer Rd. The site is situated between coffee shop Blacksmith (1018 Westheimer) and Shake Shack (1002 Westheimer). You can put parking there, so people end up putting parking in the front.
