Dallas real estate developer Bella Houston Heights will finish the 28-unit, six-story condominium project at 829 Yale. The shell of the building has stood dormant for several years after construction stopped when the original developer ran into financial and legal troubles. Bella Houston Heights bought the property from lender Steadfast Funding in January, and began working on interiors. When complete, the condos will be priced from about $700,000 to $1.8 million. Sales will launch around March, said Betty M. Harbourt, executive vice president of Nan Properties Developer Services, which is marketing the project.
