Htowngirl
Anything new on this? I really love this building, and with all the revitalization on Washington, it would be a prime time for this location...[saw a more recent inquiry on this building here, but thought I'd bump this topic.]
NenaE
Watched that hotel being restored. Saw two people (architecture students?) taking pics one time, before the renovation. Does anyone know why it has never opened? Probably a financial issue.

Highway6
Speaking of random lofts downtown.... One Bayou Park / Tennison Lofts... looks like after a decade of sitting there, they're being marketed again.Tennison Lofts. I never need to be on that side of downtown. Is this old news? Looks like they've been on Sandra Gunn's website for half a year now.
KinkaidAlum
Good find, Highway 6. I am pretty sure this is a "new" development since the original plan was to have for-sale condos. Additionally, I don't think the units were ever finished out. Nice to see another downtown residential project hit the ground and it's probably wise to market them as rentals in that area.
