ZKB9
I've noticed a lot of plumbing and electrical issues here. Also, I don't expect the second phase to happen anytime soon, I'm pretty sure these apartments are mostly empty.

Luminare
Do we have anyone on the forum that like to do photo updates for projects up here? 2 Lakes Edge is approaching completion I'm sure, but in general our knowledge about what is going on is pretty light. While making updates to the map it was clear these areas just get glossed over. Would definitely appreciate it.

Urbannizer
http://www.kateschneiderdesigns.com/index#/houston-hotel This 3-Star+ Hotel is being developed in partnership with Munoz Albin as the design architect and Kirksey as Architect of Record. Our design team has been hired to consult on the interiors, FF&E, room design, and conference center design. The aesthetic derives from the green lush landscape of the surrounding area. The finish palette is sophisticated, classic, and tonal. We are currently in schematic design and discovering options reception areas, the pool and fitness center, and the rooftop bar. The corridor and room experience is high end in a tight footprint that maximizes every square inch. The corridor has a black and white concept that allows for different color palettes on rooms transitioning from dark or light. Customers gain the opportunity to have a unique experience and view depending on which side of the corridor they enter from. The rooftop bar is the jewel of the building, allowing for views of the lake and an opportunity to ‘see and be seen’ on the luxurious balcony with full bar service.
