lockmat
Quote Butler Brothers is planning a $25 million gated community, dubbed Place des Vosges, that will feature 17 French-inspired custom homes on a U-shaped street that is sandwiched between South Post Oak Lane and the Uptown Park complex just along the 610 Loop. The homes will range in price from $1.4 million to $2.2 million. Quote Butler Brothers — which is co-owned by brothers Bo Butler and Scott Butler — purchased the 1.6 acres of land that will house Place des Vosges from Charles Grube Properties Inc. The land — which was home to two large older homes — was acquired for an undisclosed amount with the help of private investors. Can 17 high-end homes really fit on 1.6 acres? Yikes I guess like this... Quote The four-story homes in the development will span between 4,800 square feet and 6,000 square feet in size. Quote Butler Brothers is working with the City of Houston to transform an easement near the community to a pedestrian walkway that will lead to the European-style Uptown Park shopping center. http://houston.bizjournals.com/houston/stories/2009/10/26/story2.html?b=1256529600%5E2314111

LTAWACS
That house is kind of ugly if you ask me. There are no windows on the left half of the entire house! What is up with that? edit... Edited December 5, 2009 by LTAWACS
