plumber2
According to an article in the Galveston Daily News yesterday, it appears that the League City planning commission is split on a planned La Quinta Inn. It appears that protests, again form Victory Lakes residents, are the reason. Some statements by the residents include accusing La Quinta of attracting truck drivers as customers, and that truck drivers drink beer late at night to entertain themselves. Another residents claims that La Quinta will attract patrons of nearby Heartbreakers to continue their entertainment skills. Some are threatening to move. OMG!These are the same whiny babies that objected to WalMart and UTMB building next to their neighborhood. Am I being too critical?

Those prudes-in-public probably privately partake in activities that would make the truckers' beer drinking and Adult Entertainers' activites look like a Bill Gaither TV Special.
