lockmat Posted May 5, 2010 Share Posted May 5, 2010 Correct, at least the way it is currently structured.I'm not sure Houston can ever seriously change unless there's unprecedented eminent domain replaced with major boulevard-type roads or we go into stupid debt to build rail all over the place.
